Personal data we process

This site has no user accounts, no registration, no subscriptions and no paid features. The only data processed is:

• Technical data — IP address (anonymised by Cloudflare), user agent, page visited, date and time. Analytics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: no cookies, no persistent identifiers.
• Correspondence — the only data you can voluntarily provide is what you include when you email us.

We do not build profiles and make no automated decisions about you.

Lawful bases

• Legitimate interests — operating a functional, secure website and measuring aggregate, anonymous usage, balanced against your rights.
• Consent — replying to messages you choose to send us.
• Legal obligation — responding to lawful requests from authorities.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting, CDN and cookieless analytics are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. acting as our processor. Where data leaves the UK we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum as appropriate.

Affiliate links

Where this site includes affiliate links (disclosed on the pages that carry them), the third-party site you land on after clicking may set cookies on its own domain. We transmit no personal data to those partners — only the referral identifier embedded in the destination URL. This site itself sets no tracking cookies.

Retention

Cloudflare technical logs are deleted on the provider's default schedule; email correspondence is kept up to 2 years after the last interaction.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
